Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
  • Cancellation requests after 24 hours will not be accepted if the order has already been processed or shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, customers must contact our customer support team via phone, email, or WhatsApp.

2. Order Cancellation by Store

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following conditions:
    • The product is out of stock or discontinued.
    • Pricing or listing errors due to system glitches.
    • Payment verification issues.
    • Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
  • If the store cancels an order, the customer will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.

3. Cancellation for Customized or Special Orders

  • Orders that include customized, personalized, or specially requested products cannot be cancelled after processing.
  • If the customization process has not begun, we may allow cancellations on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Process for Cancelled Orders

  • If eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway policies.
